1. Can you tell us a little about your book?
This Book is all about the imagination, as a child I always endured to experience the life as different beings and places. Always had a question what this bird or fish will be like, what might it be thinking. Do they enjoy life more than what I do etc. etc. and then I saw the same question being asked to me and my question, children’s question started appearing in this vast world of imagination again n again. Hopefully children will be able to relate with this book and give wings to their own imagination which has no boundaries.
2. Is there a specific event that inspired this story or was this an out of the blue idea?
As I mentioned above: As a child I use to have a desire to be like a bird or a fish and explore their world of no boundaries and rules has inspired my to put me thoughts for other young lives with wild imagination to explore their dreams and fly as high as they can. The sky has no limit.
3. What got you writing in the first place?
My own children are my inspiration , as I use to make stores and poems for them which they use to love and wanted more.
4. What was your impression of your first draft when you read it?
I was so happy to see it as it was motivating me to imagine more n more and make it as exciting as possible.
5. Which part of your story connects the most with you? Why?
The whole story is connected, as it is about different species and being inquisitive about different lives.
6. What makes your book the one to read?
The exciting journey of a young girl.
7. What was the best advice you got while writing?
Let the imagination flow and colour them with colours.
8. Who’s your all-time favourite author? Which book of his/hers made you fall in love with them?
Dr. Sues is my inspiration.
9. What is your evergreen tip to the writers out there?
World can always be seen in different light and colours, and we should paint it by our imagination.
10. What was your hardest scene to write?
As this was my imagination hence nothing was hard.
11. Do you have another plot brewing?
Yes, as for children everything is new and just to be shown in neutral environment, where they can imagine and fill colours.
