Preeti Verma, the multifaceted actor, equestrian, and adventurer, recently marked another milestone by completing her first skydive at Ujjain’s ‘Sky High India,’ India’s only drop zone. Accompanying her on this exhilarating experience was Brigadier S. S. Shekhawat, one of the most decorated officers of the Indian Army. Reflecting on the moment, Preeti shares, “Finally, I experienced the thrill of a real skydive! It was unforgettable, especially diving alongside a legend like Brigadier Shekhawat. One day, I hope to train for a solo jump—that’s on my 2025 wish list!”
2024: A Year of Adventure and Achievements
Preeti’s adventurous streak has defined her year. From completing a record-breaking 350-km horse safari in Rajasthan to competing in the Punjab Endurance Championship and now skydiving, she says, “This year has been extraordinary! Each challenge has taught me resilience and made life an incredible journey.”

Born into a Jat family in Uttar Pradesh and raised in Haryana, Preeti has seamlessly merged her love for equestrian sports with a thriving career in acting and modeling. Based in Mumbai for seven years, she’s graced fashion events like Delhi Times Fashion Week and India Showcase Fashion Week, worked with designers like Ritu Beri, and been the face of brands like 1469 Originals.
In acting, she’s collaborated with the Mukesh Chhabra Casting Company, earning roles in projects such as Jersey, Shabaash Mithu, and Crash Course. She’s also made her mark in music videos with renowned artists like Kailash Kher and Sonu Nigam.
