Mr. Anil Sinha has joined Jay Shree Tea & Industries Ltd, as Advisor & Head of HR. Prior to this, the CHRO of Noveltech Feeds Private Limited, a Goldman Sachs Company in the Animal Nutrition Sector. After his first 15 years in various locations of SAIL encompassing all verticals of HR & IR, he graduated with an HR leadership role in Tata Timken Limited (Timken India Ltd) as its Director of HR in 1995.
This role also involved stints in China and South Africa. From 2004 – 2018 was with Aditya Birla Group initially as President (HR) of HINDALCO, subsequently CHRO of the Chemical, Fertilizer, Insulator Business, and finally SBU Head of Oleo Chemical Business of the group in the Philippines. A regular at various Management Institutes as guest faculty, he has represented India’s Employers’ group at various tripartite fora of ILO.
Mr. Shailender Taneja has joined Jay Shree Tea & Industries Ltd, as AGM –Retail Sales wef 11th July 2022. An experienced and seasoned veteran of Sales and Marketing in the Tea Industry, he commenced his career as, Sales In charge, responsible for Haryana, Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh, and Punjab for both primary and secondary sales in Marvel Tea Estate India Ltd. After 12 years in Marvel, he moved to Gujarat Tea Processor and Packers Ltd (Wagh Bakri Tea) in 2009 and was them till 2016 as Area Sales Executive ( North). His immediate prior assignment was as Retail Manager (Pan India) in Marvel Tea.
