In her note, Upasana expressed deep gratitude to the doctors and medical staff of Apollo Hospitals for their dedicated care and support during this life-changing journey. She shared how watching the video fills her heart with love and positivity, calling her family truly blessed.

Upasana also extended heartfelt thanks to Ram Charan’s fans and well-wishers across the world for their prayers and blessings. She acknowledged their love and support, while gently expressing trust that the same warmth will always be guided with care and respect towards the children’s safety and privacy.

Reflecting on motherhood, Upasana earlier shared that she feels incredibly blessed to be a mother of three, and hopes to raise children who are strong, compassionate, and aware of the responsibility that comes with privilege.

This beautiful moment marks Ram Charan and Upasana’s second time embracing parenthood, following the birth of their daughter Klin Kaara Konidela in 2023.
