As I am from the nutrition field I often see people lack basic knowledge about nutrition and its science. As being in this industry,  since the last 22 years and as a qualified pharmacist a brief knowledge is provided on various fundamental nutrition topics.

Short and precise description on various nutritional related topics. Readers will become more educated on various subjects without getting more technicalities or in depth. The idea is to get an overview and basic understanding on nutritional related topics.

In the book you can see various myths are discussed about superfoods. Many misconceptions are discussed like ‘’diets can detoxify the body’’, ‘’skipping meals speeds up weight loss’’ etc
