1. Can you tell us a little about your book?

Whether we admit it or not, our habits determine the way we live. Our daily behaviour is determined by our habits. Morning routines, daily commutes, and leisure activities are all driven by habits. The cumulative effect of all your current habits will determine how your life will play out in a year or five. Our actions control every aspect of our existence. The sooner we realise that we are creatures of habit, the sooner we can begin to identify the exact habits that lead us in the desired direction.

2. Is there a specific event that inspired this story or was this an out of the blue idea?

Many of my friends told me that I am a good speaker and that I should write a book. This inspired me to write my first book on habits.

3. What got you writing in the first place?

My own experience with adopting new habits.

4. What was your impression of your first draft when you read it?

It’s really inspiring and motivating that I was able to bring all my ideas into a book.

5. Which part of your story connects the most with you? Why?

Turn Failure Into feedback.

6. What makes your book the one to read?

If you wish to reconnect with your simplicity and rediscover innocence and joy.

7. What was the best advice you got while writing?

All people who want to face fear and cultivate good habits should read this book.

8. Who’s your all-time favourite author? Which book of his/hers made you fall in love with them?

Less Brown is my all-time inspiration.

9. What is your evergreen tip to the writers out there?

Time Is More Valuable Than Money.

10. What was your hardest scene to write?

Writing on Think Win-Win.

11. Do you have another plot brewing?

I am writing about sandalwood trees.
