Summary of the book: This book began its journey somewhere around march 2020. when we paused ,our worlds paused.something was not only changing outside, but more intensely inside each of us.with this book, I began my journey into healing, self love and learning to love the most unhealed parts of my soul. I believe that ‘love’ can win over anything, it can sooth away biggest of fear and pain.the write ups ,poems are my expressions. in fact they are feelings inspired from love, pain, joy ,my places ,my people and the things I find peace in.love is all we need ,its our only healer that can heal us and our world. so, lets hold on to each other with love and kindness forever.

“When you love, you heal” is a book penned straight from the heart. The title sums up the core of my book. its only when we love and are loved, we can heal and hope.this book inspires the reader to look for love in people and places, things which surrounds them in daily lives. life is lived in mundane moments which gets lost because we are not present, we should celebrate life in simple things. - What got you writing in the first place?
I have been writing since my school days, but covid made me realise the fragility of our lives. so i wanted to leave my words as a legacy for my daughters or anyone in need of love and hope. - What makes your book the one to read?
Not everyone is a reader.this book is written in simple language which makes it unique. the book will help focus the readers on small priceless moments in life that we miss in our fast paced lives. - What was the best advice you got while writing?
My partner gave me the best advice while i was working on my book. he asked me to let go of the inhibitions and validations we as a women seek and write straight from my heart. - Who’s your all-time favourite author? Which book of his/hers made you fall in love with them?

Everybody should write.poetry or journaling, penning down our thoughts help us to navigate our inner self. it help us to know who we are. - Do you have another plot brewing?
