The makers bringing a powerful narrative in the backdrop of pre-partition Bengal. Directed by Vijay Yelakanti and featuring Raima Sen and Abhishek Singh, this emotional saga seeks to shed light on the tragic struggles of Bengalis amidst the tumultuous events of the past.

Today, a character poster of Gopal – the defender of Calcutta – was released. He is the Ghosh family’s loyal friend and bravely protected Calcutta amidst its worst communal unrest. The poster is creatively designed as a newspaper article discussing his bravery in denying Suharawardy’s dream to turn Calcutta into Pakistan.
