It’s about shopping mall management and its attributes, viz., managing, developing, and operating shopping malls.
2. Is there a specific event that inspired this story or was this an out-of-the-blue idea?
Managing shopping malls over a long period of time in the Middle East, I felt that I should bring forward my experiences, failures, and successes, which will give an insight to the young executives who choose the shopping mall industry as their careers. This book is a reflection of what goes on behind the curtains of shopping malls and educates the masses about the complexities of managing large-scale operations to be successful.
3. What got you writing in the first place?
My story, my real-time experiences, some good, some bad.
4. Which part of your story connects the most with you? Why?
In the initial part of the book, when you lose everything and then start all over again, it’s tough there.

The shopping mall industry is scaling into new dimensions and horizons, and the success of any shopping mall is to synchronize its parameters in one symphony to achieve excellence and recognition.
