Meet Chef Amar Ronald Xavier – The man behind “Journe with Chef Amar” and his unending achievements

He is named as the executive member of the World Association of Master Chefs. The association strives to connect and combine the culinary Art and food culture of the world.

Chef by Profession, Chef Amar Ronald Xavier hails from Varanasi, India. In Varanasi, where he was raised, being a chef was not considered to be a very noble occupation. As a professional chef, he has gained recognition and fame from numerous notable organizations. After living and working in 37 different countries, he wanted to lend a hand to his home city of Varanasi, so he started “Journe with Chef Amar”. “Journe with Chef Amar” is the top-rated food delivery business in Varanasi that offers almost any food imaginable delivered to your doorstep.

Chef Amar Ronald Xavier visited 37 nations and 7 continents during his worldwide adventures. Additionally, he received the Best Professional Chef Award and represented India in the International Chef Club. As a result, he was honored by the Royal Bengal Master Chef Organization and the World Association of Master Chefs as an Executive Member, helping to advance young chefs around the world.

The World Association of Master Chefs is an international association of Professional chefs established in 1950. Chef Amar Ronald Xavier who became an official executive member of the association spent years learning various culinary techniques and cuisines from around the world before bringing them to his hometown of Varanasi so that people who are unable to travel the world can experience the international cuisine.

His professional experience includes collaborations with illustrious chefs like Norman Love, Chef Floyd Cardoz, Australian Master Chef George Calm Baris, and Citrus Stone. He then made the decision to give back to society after achieving so much. With the assistance of the World Master Chef Association, he has actively participated in social work for those in need in Varanasi.

Needless to say, Chefs, all across the world dedicate their lives to earning just one coveted star in recognition of their excellence. But there are those select few who have managed to collect an astounding number of stars in their constellation of fine dining and Chef Amar Ronald Xavier is one of them. Chef Amar Ronald Xavier is also the co-founder of the Food Auters Company under which he operates “Journe with Chef Amar”.

Indeed, merely daydreaming won’t get you anywhere. Similar to how Amar’s journey had been difficult and filled with a roller coaster ride. He was only 16, he first started working as an intern at Taj Ganges. His life was made more difficult by long work hours and nonstop days, but he was adamant and determined not to give up. His diligence soon paid off, and he began visiting other nations as a result of his line of work.

But thankfully, I have the most amazing parents in the entire world who understood that my passion for cooking could be turned into a career. My school’s principal, Dr. Anita Pauline Sodhi Dey, who is still innovative today, recognized my potential and constantly urged me to pursue my dream of becoming a master chef.”
