In a powerful step beyond the stethoscope, renowned physician and medical educator Dr Shivani Bansal launched her debut wellness book “Change Your Lifestyle in 30 Days” on July 21. The launch was not just a celebration of a book, but a bold invitation for readers to reclaim their lives, one mindful habit at a time. Rooted in science but written with simplicity and grit, the book offers actionable, no-fluff strategies to help individuals break free from digital distractions, emotional eating, mental fatigue, and lifestyle procrastination.

 

Dr Shivani Bansal is an accomplished MD in Medicine from Aligarh Muslim University with over 20 years of experience in patient care. She currently serves as a Professor at Santosh Medical College Hospital and has been a Consultant Physician in Nehru Nagar for nearly a decade. Known for her blend of clinical expertise and human-centric healing, she was awarded the Fellowship of the Indian College of Physicians (FICP) and the Fellowship of the Indian Association of Clinical Medicine (FIACM) in 2020. Her long-term vision includes establishing a 300-bedded hospital dedicated to accessible and compassionate care for all sections of society.

 

Dr Bansal remarks this book as her conversation with every person who wants to change but doesn’t know where to start. The book is not about chasing perfection. It’s about taking back control.
