”School Performance is NOT an Indicator of Student’s future Career Prospects” – By Mr. Kaushal Pandey

It would be unfair to judge the future prospects of any student on the basis of the type of school he/she attended and it would be unfair if the students blame the school for their poor performance.

The responsibility of the individual student is not only to score good academic marks but also to develop the necessary skills to achieve the success that you dream of.

Some students blame their father for not teaching them in private schools or English schools while some students allege that they did not get the chance to pursue higher education which is one of the reasons for their failure in their career.

There are many famous celebrities in India that all we know , who are school dropouts but they made a wonderful career doing what they love.

Moral of the story is that high marks or best school, or tuition will not build your career; your skills that you develop during your studies will help you build a career.

I know many people in my family who have studied in small government schools including my brother and cousins but now they are successful in their services and business.

Mr. Kaushal Pandey said that , You can take my example. I studied in government school till 10th standard and then completed my graduation in 2003 from a private college.

In 2004, I got the job of Billing Executive in a private hospital, I had no idea about hospital administration but I worked with dedication, gave 200% in my job. I always tried to learn new things and it developed my skills and after few years of hard work I acquired the skills of hospital administration.

From then on I worked in various hospitals; my rank went up to the CEO of the hospital. Since I have good knowledge of healthcare industry, I started my own medical tourism agency in 2009 where I helped international patients coming to India for treatment. I helped many international patients to choose best hospital, best doctor and best treatment at affordable cost.

In 2009 it was the time of Orkut which was later replaced by Facebook. I got many international patients through Orkut.

Due to my interest in online marketing and knowing the importance of online marketing in future, I learned digital marketing in 2016 and started a digital marketing agency dedicated to healthcare professionals named HOPELAND HEALTHCARE . At that time, it was the first digital marketing agency for healthcare in India.

YouTube and Google helped me a lot to learn and to develop more and more skills in digital marketing and in 2018 I started a digital marketing training institute named DIGITAL INFINITE “.

Then in 2020, I started a new manufacturing venture named MANTHAN AUTOMATION  ” through which we manufacture Digital Motor Starter and Water Level Controller with the help of my brother who has studied from government schools.

The skills that I have developed help me in my career, so always give 100 percent to your work and never stop learning new things, new techniques, because I believe that learning passport of your future career.

Do not get disheartened by your failures, failures are the first step towards success.
Finally, Dear Students, Remember “Marks Do Not Matter To Make A Successful Career, your Skills matters”
