Daksh Foundation – on its mission to provide utmost care, love and attention to the senior and elderly citizens

In today’s world, most significant section of society is our seniors who require utmost care, love & attention from their children & younger ones. However, a steady rise in nuclear families seems to have led to greater insensitivity, neglect and abuse of the elderly by their children. The lack of companionship and isolation coupled with limited mobility or ill health can cause depression and other disorders.

Daksh Foundation, one of the leading NGO in Delhi NCR founded in 2015 with a team of passionate young enthusiasts is putting its efforts to vanquish this criminality prevailing in our society.  Dr. Ankur Sharan, Chief Operating Officer is the brain behind the foundation to initiate attempts towards noble cause “Khayal Apne Buzoorgon Ka”.  In this context, several campaigns, events and conferences held in the past.  Dr. Sharan is key member in Apex Committee of Sr. Citizens cell as well which is made under flagship of Haryana Police for Sr. Citizens Welfare & Dr. Sharan is bridging the gaps by “Youth Connect” thru organizing various social activities, cultural programs, legal talks & showcasing Achievers Talk thru his ecosystem partners, Working professionals from different walks of life to make work life balance & encouraging people to support for the noble cause.

It is appreciated & comprehended that NGO’s like Daksh can advance rapidly & work wonders when corporates lend their helping hands.

In their distinguishable endeavour, Dr. Singh urges leading corporates to participate & contribute in this noble cause building this nation a better place to live. Let us pledge to take care of our elders and participate more in events like “Khayal Apne Buzoorgon Ka”.
