CM Hemant Soren will hold a review meeting with officials on April 20 (Thursday) to prepare an action plan for this financial year 2023-24. On this day, CM will also take information about the amount spent as per the budgetary provision till March 31 of the last financial year 2022-23.
In view of the CM’s review, the Cabinet, Secretariat and Monitoring Department has directed the Additional Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary, Secretary of all departments to provide complete information about the action plan available with the concerned departments in this financial year.
CM will hold a review meeting at Project Bhawan from 3 pm, in which officials of all departments will be present. Here, the Planning & Development Department also asked for PPT from all the departments so that it could be placed before the CM. Let us tell you that the starting month of the new financial year has started, in such a situation, work is going on to prepare an action plan for the whole year so that from the approval of the schemes to the implementation can be done easily.
The time limit for completing the earlier plans will also be decided in this meeting. The CM will also give this task to the officers that the schemes made for the common people land on the ground on time so that they can be taken advantage of.
