Humble Beginnings

 Nitin had a penchant for cooking ever since childhood and as he grew older, his love for cooking only grew fonder. What started with a mere passion for cooking, eventually led Nitin to pursue a three-year Diploma in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, Bhopal followed by a two-year Kitchen Management Training at Habitat World, India Habitat Center, New Delhi. This helped him hone his expertise in this industry and geared him up to go out in the big world and follow his dreams!

And as destiny would have it there has been no turning back. He took all his challenges in

positive stride and worked with some of the best properties across the globe including India

Habitat Center, Iceland Water Park – Ras Al Khaimah (UAE), Yum Yum Tree – a unit of Tusaj

Lifestyle (New Delhi), Radisson Blu – Dwarka, Datta Hospitality Management Support Services Pvt Ltd – Hauz Khas Village (New Delhi), and The California Boulevard & Café AMPM (New Delhi).

Illustrious Accomplishments

Nitin has always been driven with relentless perseverance to continuously upskill himself in

this industry. So, he completed an array of globally recognized training including global Oriental restaurant training in London and Edinburgh, training in Thai Street Cuisine in Bangkok and Pattaya, one-month training in various Chinese restaurants in Shanghai, three weeks of training in Cantonese restaurants of Hotel Holiday Inn, Hong Kong, and Hotel Intercontinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong to name a few.

abroad, and he has also hosted some top-notch personalities from different industries.

He has also recently collaborated with the Delhi government in their recent initiative to promote Live entrepreneur interactions with young students at different government schools.

With a proficient experience of over two decades in this industry, he is currently also heading

the Cook and Bake Academy which is affiliated with City & Guilds, London, United Kingdom for Diploma Certifications, and Himalayan Garhwal University for Degree in Hotel Management. The objective at this premium institution is to impart quality education and rigorous training to the students in the field of Culinary Arts, Bakery & Patisserie, Food & Beverage Services, Housekeeping, Front Office, and other management-related subjects.

He holds expertise in Pan Asian, Continental, and Mediterranean cuisine.
