Certain Things In An Uncertain Life – By Recon Mitra

About The Author: Recon Mitra is an individual like everyone else who started deeply observing life and its aspects at the age of 20. Within that period, he actually understood the importance of thinking, observing, knowing, problem-solving, and self-improvement. Therefore, he decided to write a book on some of the things that he had figured out to share with people, and that is one of his purposes in life. He even spreads his ideas through YouTube and Instagram. Currently, he is a 22-year-old college student.

Summary Of The Book: A number of reasonable ideas, practical observations, objective realities, and facts are being discussed, which mainly provide the readers with a different or even better perspective of things. This book tells us about the things over which we can have certain control despite having an unpredictable life. This book may help an individual evolve their thoughts about certain aspects, which can lead to their own improvement if they put them into action. Knowing reality is always preferred as much as possible, and that is the prime intention of this book. If one gets in touch with reality, then it will become easier to deal with certain life situations and even solve the problems that they face. The book might be helpful only if one decides to bring changes into their life; otherwise, a book can do nothing; it is just a bunch of papers.

1. Can you tell us a little about your book?

Yeah it is about certain aspects or things in our life that we can manage to a certain extent in a life which is absolutely uncertain for self-improvement and well-being.

2. Is there a specific event that inspired this story or was this an out of the blue idea?

The events that I faced in my life were enough for inspiring me to write this book because it is all about the things that I had figured out in my early 20s.

3. What got you writing in the first place?

A desire for putting my ideas on paper and share it to people is my purpose. I also found that the decision to write this book helped me to figure out even more things in life.

4. What was your impression of your first draft when you read it?

I felt that I had done something worthy in my life. I felt as if I was a reader and reading a book of valuable content in it.

5. Which part of your story connects the most with you? Why?

My favourite chapters are 1) Concept of Growing Daily 2) Common problems while finding Love 3) Forget About Motivation, Belief and Hope and 4) Something that manages Everything. No special reasons but I just like them.

6. What makes your book the one to read?

The book gives a taste of reality in it and also it is written in an easy language for more readers to understand.

7. Who’s your all-time favourite author? Which book of his/hers made you fall in love with them?

Shwetabh Gangwar is one of my favourite authors. The Rudest Book Ever is one of my favourite books.

8. What is your evergreen tip to the writers out there?

I have not become a successful writer till now so I think it would not be suitable for me to give writing advices to writers. They can write anything which actually matters to them, which gives them a sense of valuable content to share with people. Just think before writing.

9. What was your hardest scene to write?

The chapter “Forget about Motivation, Belief and Hope” seemed difficult for me to write.

10. Do you have another plot brewing?

Yes I am already working on my second book currently.
