Bluesky- A Decentralized Twitter Alternative, is now on Google Play Store

The news of the removal of Blue Tick from Twitter was just in the discussion that now another big news is coming in the tech sector. Twitter co-founder and former CEO Jack Dorsey has launched a new application called ‘Bluesky’ for Android. Which is being described as the Twitter Alternative of Elon Musk. According to media reports, this could give more options to users and freedom to creators from platforms like Twitter in the future. Right now this app is in the process of development. It can only be accessed with an invitation code.

Features of Bluesky

In Jack Dorsey’s app Bluesky, users will get a special algorithm. Many options like tweeting, bookmarking, direct messages, retweeting, and hashtags will be available. According to a TechCrunch report, Bluesky has been installed over 240,000 times on iOS so far. There has been an increase of 39% as compared to March.

How Bluesky is different from Twitter

Bluesky has been given a very simple interface. In this, the company is also giving the option of one button for the post of 256 letters. If you use this app then there is also an option to add photos to the post. Bluesky users can share, mute and block accounts. A search option will also be added at the bottom for the navigation of the app.

Twitter removed the blue tick, now you will have to pay

Let us tell you that from Thursday midnight, the micro-blogging site Twitter has removed the blue tick from all accounts. This decision of the company is to increase earnings. Now Blue Tick will be available only to those users who will spend money for it. Web users will have to pay Rs 650 per month to Twitter and Rs 6,800 annually to Blue Tick. At the same time, iOS, and Android users will have to charge Rs 900 monthly and Rs 9,400 annually.
