Dr Shubham Mahajan who is currently the CEO , founder, Prepsmart and his new venture By the Bay , managing partner of Mahajan Global Industries is setting high bars for youngsters who dream big but often are held back. He was recently felicitated and awarded as the Entrepreneur of the year award in Edtech segment in a high voltage event in Aloft by whitefield on 8th april 2023, bengaluru.
Prepsmart is an edtech platform which offer hybrid mode education to students in a way that students work on their overall personalities , health and other practical skill oriented aspects that are often ignored in a typical education system.This helps students prepare for stressful exams like JEE , NEET , CAT etc with confidence and a completely different approach. Prepsmart has its offline center in Thane and online presence all over India. Dr Shubham plans to expand Prepsmarts unique methodology PAN India in a phased manner.
Launched in April of 2021 Prepsmart has already seen a 300% growth YOY and has attracted a lot of foreign and domestic investors attention now that investors want to dip their hands into profitable startups.
Dr Shubham is also a part of By the Bay which is primarily a D2C startup which is in its pilot phase and will be launching his own independent QSR chain for affordable & Healthy street food in Mid June in mumbai. Eating habits determine a lot of things and rather than completely stopping kids and teenagers from eating junk food he decided to make a healthy option available. Dr Shubham plans to distribute the franchises to people who need empowerment and will take his brand global.
