Summary Of The Book: The book ‘Kudrat’ by Amandeep Singh explores humanity’s age-old quest for God and the desire to overcome death. The author, inspired by the book ‘Secret,’ becomes intrigued by the idea of how the power of human thoughts can impact nature. Attending a lecture by Shri APJ Abdul Kalam, the former President of India and renowned scientist, the author learns that science may hold the key to discovering God hidden within the atom. This leads the author to delve into a deep study of atoms, understanding their composition of neutrons, protons, and electrons. Through this exploration, the author realizes that the universe and all its creatures are intricately connected and formed through the workings of atoms. Driven by this revelation, the author aims to convey this profound scientific theory in ‘Kudrat,’ their book.
About the Author: Amandeep Singh, the author of ‘Kudrat,’ hails from a village in Haryana. Born in 1970, he vividly recalls a night in 1975 when he slept in his mother’s embrace, only to wake up and discover she had passed away. Confused by the change in location from his mother’s lap to a cot outside, this memory lingered with him. Despite being the son of the village’s wealthiest landlord, his life became miserable without his mother. Despite finding success as a lawyer, the author remained dissatisfied. This discontent led him to embark on extensive worldwide travels, living as a vagabond. Along the way, he authored seven books encompassing travel, poignant poetry, heart-wrenching love stories, and diverse Hindi, Punjabi, and English articles. These literary works garnered recognition, including the prestigious Eminence Award in Dubai and the Best Writer Award in Delhi. Additionally, two of his books received nominations from the Haryana Sahitya Academy, awaiting the results.
